Terms of Service

1. Reservation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. A valid photo ID is required upon arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the first night's room and tax. "Non-Refundable" bookings are final and cannot be amended.

3. Guest Conduct

Morningside Inn maintains a strict quiet hour policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We reserve the right to evict any guest who engages in disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or damage to property, without refund.

4. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Please use the safety deposit boxes available at the front desk.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America.
